Instructions for Returning Your iCare HOME Device:

1. Packaging:

  • Securely package the iCare HOME device in its original box, ensuring all components and accessories are included.
  • If you no longer have the original box, please use a sturdy alternative and add protective padding to prevent any damage during transit.

2. Labeling:

  • Clearly write the following return address on the package:

3. Preferred Shipping Carrier:

  • For the safety of the device and to ensure it reaches us, we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information.
  • To save on shipping costs, choose a ground or economy shipping option.
  • Note: Shipping costs will be borne by you.

4. Tracking and Notification:

  • Once you've shipped the item, please email us the tracking number at hello@xalahealth.com. This will help us anticipate its arrival and process your trade-in faster.

5. Shipping Drop-off:

  • Take the packaged device to the shipping carrier's local office or drop-off point.

6. Retain Proof:

  • Keep a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records until you receive confirmation from us that your device has been received.

7. Await Confirmation:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned iCare HOME device, we will notify you about the next steps in the trade-in process for the iCare HOME2.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure the device is cleaned and sanitized before sending.
  • Any damages incurred during return shipping due to inadequate packaging might impact the trade-in value or offer eligibility.
  • We recommend considering insurance for the shipment, especially if the device holds significant value.
