Our customer service team, led by experienced ophthalmic technicians, is available Monday through Sunday, from 8 AM to 11 PM PST, offering live support via phone, text, and chat. Renting the iCare HOME2 is affordable at just $249 for one week, and if you decide to purchase, we’ll credit $250 toward the purchase price. To make ownership easier, patients can finance their purchase with 0% APR through Shop Pay or Affirm, starting at just $125 per month. We also accept HSA/FSA payments via Sika, allowing you to combine multiple cards or split the cost with a credit card for maximum flexibility. Need more probes? Just let us know! For added support, we offer personalized one-on-one training either at your home or in our office. Once your rental ends, your data is securely shared with you and your doctor, ensuring seamless follow-up care.
